I find myself starting every post with an apology. And this one is no different. I apologize ahead of time not only for apologizing, but also for my lack of creative writing sense. I'm in a state of mind in which I currently lack not only the initiative to write anything, but also the ability to do so!
But without further adieu, I bring to you the unfortunate downfall to the steady increase in the quality of blogs. Understand that it is not my intention to do so, but I am far too exhausted/preoccupied to write any better. With 6 tests in the next two days, disoriented sleep patterns, and what little energy I had having been mercilessly stripped from me during the fencing practice, I'm in no condition to make a good post. So here goes.
Breakfast: For all of you who are studying Ian Schedulology, you're already familiar with the concept that I am able to sleep in on Wednesdays. Now normally, this leads to a grand breakfast of champions courtesy of all the spare time I have. However today, I chose to sleep in...or try to anyway. I didn't sleep much, but I stayed in bed until shortly before my first class. So for breakfast this morning, I just had one of those pre-prepared bowls of Cocoa Rice Crispies. Nothing too spectacular, but it kept me satisfied until lunch.
Lunch: Around noon, New Bill and I went to lunch to celebrate my significantly above average grade on the chemistry quiz of 0.5. Boy was I proud of myself. I didn't know you could get a fraction of a point on a test! Wow! Better than a zero! Today for lunch, I got to indulge in the pleasure of chicken once more! What's this? Is Ian no longer a vegetarian? No, it was vegetarian chicken!! The concept confuses me as well, but I decided not to overlook such an opportunity, and got two.
...it wasn't that wonderful.
Due to a lack of seating provided by the management, New Bill and I allowed an assortment of strangers to join us at our table which was obviously designed by a person with A LOT of friends. Well actually, I think New Bill knew the one guy...but they were strangers to me!
...Ya know what? This is irrelevant anyway, so I'll just move on to dinner.
Dinner: For dinner today, I encountered something that rivals the great rice bar! That's right. Something that was so spectacular, that it could be considered real food! That's right. Replacing the Rice Bar tonight...was the pasta bar! Same routine, same idea. Only this time, they cooked your cup of ingredients with a pasta of your choice! Oh life is wonderful. I could go into more detail, but again, I am exhausted and my bed looks as inviting as ever.
So after dinner, a storm rolled in, the fire alarm led to the evacuation of the building, and we were finally given weapons at the fencing meet! And that being said, I'm out and about like a stout trout in a drought. Botany test tomorrow morning at 8. Fun stuff!
(I promise a better post next time!)
