Today was very hazy. I woke up at around 9:30 under my own power and realized that I shouldn't be sleeping, I should be playing Super Mario Galaxy. So I fought my bodily desires for ten minutes until I wrestled myself out of bed. From there, I played Mario for a good hour and a half to two hours. Soon, I realized I had a radio show to do, so I quickly scrambled a playlist together and made my way to the studio a little before 1 o clock.
It should be noted that my right robot leg has grown flimsy and weak over the last few days in the joint. My robot legs, when locked, are supposed to firmly stay straight with each step. My right robot leg disagrees with this logic. With every step, I feel as if my robot leg is about to snap out from underneath me. I walked up the Pit building's stairs to the studio with prestine care and methodical steps. Limping like the old man that I am, I plop myself into the studio and ramble on for an hour and a half with some music scattered in here and there. In honor of Mario's new release, I had a little Mario trivia segment. My first question was dead simple: what is the name of Mario's brother? The first caller correctly answered "Luigi," as I hoped they would. I decided to crank up the difficulty immediately. Which Mario game did the enemy character "Thwomp" first appear? No callers. Name one of the seven Koopalings. No callers. I got a flash of sixth grade lunch, where Ian and I would hold Paper Mario trivia games with obscure questions that you would only know if you were obsessed with Paper Mario.
After the show, I treated myself to a milkshake even though it was rainy and cold outside.
Church:
As usual on Sundays, a bunch of First Floor McGuirians and I went to church at 6 o clock. Jesus decided to shape his body as a triangle today, which was an interesting stylistic choice. It still tasted the same, though.
Dinner:
Yes, this was my first meal of the day and it came after church. I got a chicken cheesesteak and a Pepsi. I was going to get a slice of pizza, but I dropped it on the ground by mistake. I blame it on my lack of balance due to my shitty robot leg (even though I was sitting down at the time of the accident).
I played Mario after I finished my homework until about a half hour ago. 'Nuff said.

PS: Super Mario Galaxy is incredible. If you own a Wii, you MUST play this game.

My damned cellular device is out of minutes, and therefore I am unable to make or receive calls!
Oh, and I played Galaxy at the mall for a few seconds, and it seemed as annoying as I imagined it to be!
Pfff, you don't appreciate platforming genius, Ian. Fat Dan agrees with me that Galaxy is a marvel in game design!
I certainly do.
