Smooth Sailing

Today was the easiest Friday I've had in awhile. I woke up at 8:00, and realized that I didn't have to be awake for another hour. So naturally, rather than doing something productive, I layed in bed for another hour! At 9 I finally got up and took a shower. While in the shower, I was hit with a simply wonderful idea! You see, our Wellness teacher was going to be out today. Therefore, rather than go to class, he gave us a worksheet and told us to go to the gym on our own time. Skipping it was out of the question, because we had to have it signed. But I had a plan which was so ingenious, it not only would be flawless, but it would also allow me to cruise through my day on autopilot! Nice.

Breakfast: Well, I guess I've kept my master plan from you folks for long enough. I skipped math! So simple! So elegant! So genius! First thing in the morning, I threw on my gym stuff, and headed over to the SMC! Rather than fumbling with equations and numbers and letters which make no sense, I was pretending to work out my already ripped muscles! Halfway through, I was accompanied by my companion Jesse, who apparently had the same idea! We BSed a workout, got our papers signed, and then went to go get coffee. That was the extent of my breakfast.

Lunch: Wait...skipped math...no Wellness...that means...Chemistry was my only class! Yes! It's too good to be true! What a day! I cruised through chemistry, and was free for the weekend! Praise Dole. To celebrate, I headed over to the Galley with my fellow scientists New Bill and Stacey. We were later accompanied by another female companion of which I'm fairly certain none of you know. In any case, I indulged in the wonders of pizza on wheat crust, green tea, mac and cheese, and a nice refreshing coke! After that, we all went our separate ways, and I was free to do what I wanted!

Dinner: For dinner, New Bill invited me to go to the mall with him and after answering with "hmmm" about 5 times, I agreed. We hit up the Upper Deck first to grab some dinner. And so me, New Bill, Kevin, and Jesse all had a feast of champions!

Okay, so that was a bit of an overstatement. Frankly, none of us were really that hungry. I had french toast sticks, rice, and a salad. I don't seem to recall finishing any of it. Kevin had chicken fingers, fries, and a salad...I don't think he finished all of it either, but he did manage to steal countless tea bags. To each their own! New Bill had a piece of steak and a salad...I think he was the only one of us who finished! And Jesse had practically the same thing as Kevin. He didn't finish either! Oh well. It was fun nonetheless. Kevin decided not to head to the mall with us, so we went without him. Jesse ended up finding 40 dollars worth of crap within the endless heaps of beer mugs and sex toys that is Spencers (and I commend him for finding Nintendo products in there), and New Bill bought a poster at Suncoast as I eyed up the ridiculously overpriced anime.
And now I'm back at my dorm, and preparing to enjoy the weekend! Wonderful!
