well my friends, as I was reading the blog, I reallized that it was my night. I hope Im up to the creative challenge.
Last night, well yesterday, I finished my second week of my new job. I also happened to place a pug that was goingt o be homless , with neighbors up our road who were desperate for a pug. I felt like a pug broker and all this with my former boss who layed me off. But as we all know, I had the last laugh because I got a great job . No need for anger. We can place pugs together.
So after a horrible dinner, which I wont go into because it has nothing to do with today, I went night night at around 10.
With two pugs, buts thats okay, because they are normally picked up by my pug handler when he officially goes to bed himself.
Normally.
At 3 am. I awoke to heavy duty snoring by the more flatly faced baby, Nannybug.
Then she was just so cute and warm and tight joweld that I had to grab her and put her under the covers with me and hug her.
Then Bill woke up and opened the windows because it was stuffy and I decided after trying to fall back asleep with my Nannybug for an hour, that it was no use, and we both went down stairs. I was also very hungry, due to the fact that I hate chicken holiday and I barely ate dinner, if thats what you call it.
I made myself a cup of hot chocolate with soy milk, put on channel 12 and was lucky enough to see an episode of Masteriece theater that is a pre requisite for tommorows episode. What luck. So , after that I must have fallen asleep because I awoke at 8:15 with Bill coming down the steps to make the coffee, other pug in hand.( I do not make the coffee on weekends)
I discussed how the pug handler didnt pick up the pugs last night and how my sleep was disrupted because of this.
grabbed a half of a PBJ on wheat and we went on errands.(yes, again)
later on, after helping Nick to unclutter his room, I made a can of chunky, Turkey pot Pie soup. It was good.
Then we continued on the cleaning journey but still was able to fit in a few minutes of the cooking shows. jacque Peppin was making flowers out of scallions and slices of carrrots, bunnies out of olives, fish carvings into mushrooms and swans out of apples, pears and honey dew mellons. I WAS IMPRESSED. Next week, its cake decorating. Ive marked me calander.
I then found i was out of cheese that I needed for dinner so off to Aldi we went with Nick in tow. While in there there was a very calm man, in scrubs, in a berret yet looking very italian or latino, with a cart filled with screaming toddlers, all boys, all under the age of 4. None of them looked alike. We tried to figure out, quads? two sets of twins? Twins and then siblings? where was the mother? what was wrong with her having all these children so close together? Didnt her DR tell her thats bad for you to have children so close together? and what was up with this extremely calm man walking around with all of these, I mean screaming fighting toddler boys? And, Why were they fighting? We also were able to once again see, as we left the store, one of natures greatest examples, my favorite actually. Its the birds of a feather one."Birds of a feather flock toghether". We saw seagulls flying overhead. Starlings sitting in trees altogether but you didnt see these birds mixing it up. Just imagine if they did? What if a seagull and a goose mated? How is it that starlings fly as if they have radar when they dont? they all fly in unison, anway
Dinner, I went to the spit and i had chicken alfredo lasagne. It was awsome. We also had a 4 layer chocolate cake from the Galley.( lies to make my life sounds more exciting)
Coffee to finish it all off and then a trip to lowes for new smoke detectors .
and here I am .
Boring huh? theres no fencing, theres no falling in hallways, no radio shows .
Its just boring.
