So for breakfast, scrambled eggs on a piece of wheat bread. healthy huh? And of course that was with the daily drug, which goes without saying.
I had to drive my other half to work which took us past Lake Luxemburg and as I looked to the right, I saw the most amazing thing! All the Geese, and there were hundresd of them were all facing into the wind! Only nature could do something like that. Talk about choreography! It was amazingly beautifull. I love geese. Geese are a part of my everyday life. I watch them fly, land, get chased v=by border collies and face the wind in inison.
After I dropped him at work, I was left with a full half hour(is that an oxymoron) to use before I went to work. He told me of a place near his job called Chumpy's.
hmmmmnnn. This is one of those situations where they should have put more thought into the name. Am I a chump if I go there? Who would name a deli this name? No way.
Then ther was the new Giant in Newtown. I imagine it in my minds eye. NAH
Another choice was Giant in Yardley? nah or Genuardis? yes, there is sushi in Genuardis and STARBUCKS! choice made!
So, I get in the store and there is no Sushi! I took at look at they're untouched salad bar and saw the ceaser salad and seafood salad. Sometimes one must be flexible in food situations.
Went to the starbucks counter and listened to a woman saying how "refreshing" it was to see the white cups again.(I loved the christmas cups) We're not going to be friends , this woman and I.
Why would she prefer white? WHITE, from an artist world is the absolute complete lack of color. What kind of person doesnt want color is their lives?
So, after a very hectic work day, picked up the man and we head for, Genuardis again! (there was nothing for dinner)
I love Genuardi's! I love the atmosphere and the fact that your order could come to 60 bucks and with the sweep of your card its instantly 20 bucks less.(Why do stores play this stupid game? Were all on to them. I mean were not stupid. Its insulting but the store is so pretty and they have a great flower department where just the other day I bought a dainty little plant with the tinniest little leaves on it. It was called Angels tears. I needed it.
So, bag o chicken in hand and a few other things we went home where I checked my EBAY bidding on a set of blue pottery mugs and ate my Baked yam with buffalo Chicken strips. A cup a tea and a bid for .99 cents.
At 10 pm, we decided to put on the free movie channel and we chose, "Six degrees of Separation" which I had seen before but it was worth another look. Since they described it as "highbrow" I wanted to see if I understood it. This year is going to be full of personal challenges.
Do you think I have ADD?
