Don't get your hopes up, I didn't eat breakfast, but I figure this is as good a place as any to bring up an ongoing argument between me and our fellow food blogger, Mer. I disclosed to her that as a wee lad up until 9th grade, I would eat breakfast, but only if it was one thing. That thing my friends, was soup. Preferably chicken noodle soup, but it could really have been any type of soup. I don't think this is strange at all. I admittedly have strange habits, but I also believe firmly that eating soup for breakfast is not strange. Let me know what you all think, so maybe I can win this argument.
Anyway, on with the goods.
BREAKFAST:
The Americans during the Revolution ate breakfast and were met with defeat after defeat after crippling defeat. Finally General George Washington marched the men to Valley Forge where they lasted through the cold winter. They ran low on food. As spring came they were used to not eating breakfast, and then the began winning battles against the British Army. Now we have Liberty, Democracy and Freedom. Free of tyranny from the English Crown.
LUNCH:
Lunch was awful, which was a shame. I was quite hungry, and it took away from the Godfather which I am currently reading. I can safely say it is one of the best books I've ever read. But for lunch there was chicken wings...not good, so I mosied on over to the other selections, nothing caught my eye. There was pizza which is never very good, but I was pretty hungry so I grabbed a slice, and then ran to the deli and had them make me a Ham and Salami sandwich on white bread with American cheese. The salami was ok but the ham was delicious, unfortunately there wasn't that much so it didn't make Lunch especially great for me. I had a glass of Milk with lunch. I'm beginning to remember why I drank milk so compulsively throughout my lifetime, and don't know why I ever took a break from it.
DINNER:
Dinner was...alright. Much better than Lunch was, and good thing too because Lunch was painfully demoralizing. I partook of two pieces of Chicken Parm on "Italian bread" if you can even call it that here. Mediocre. I also had some shrimp stir-fry, but I only ate the shrimp, then left the peppers and carrots and such alone, they did not appease me. Shortly after I had a muffin which I had a glass of milk to follow.

That's so wierd, Dan, all I ever used to eat for breakfast in middle school was a baked potato. I guess it's only natural for fellow Onions to share obscure, selective breakfast tendencies before seeing the light.
soup is weird. eat cereal.
It's not weird!
