I should be Making Italian Wedding Soup

That was the plan, to get up early and begin to make soup so that it is ready to eat for tonight's dinner but instead I am blogging because of Erik's guilt trip movie clip.
I do feel bad but then again I have been blogging so there is nothing for me to worry about. In fact, Ill be right back, I am going to go start the soup. You people can wait, as I wait for your bloggs.
Yesterday for breakfast? that yummy vanilla yogurt again, and Special K (the cereal) dry. Too much trouble to drag milk to work so I sit and crunch at my desk and hope that it is not as loud outside of my mouth as it sounds inside as I chew.
For lunch I was forced to leave the building and venture out.
I went ....home. I made a single egg sandwich topped with some mozzarella cheese on wheat bread. I bought a new tiny red non stick frying pan not long ago. It's about big enough for an egg. It was so cute and I had so many previous internal conversations with it each time I would pass by it in the isle in Redners....
and then one day, I took it for a ride in my shopping cart and lovingly handed it over to that cashier, secretly wondering if she thought it was as wonderful as I did. So...that being said, it makes my boring lunch that much more special to me and now hopefully you all as well.
Dinner? Yet another trip to Redners.
Cats and Dogs had no food so this was a must and as much as I hate this store that I amm forced to shop in every week, there is something about the atmosphere in there at certain times of the day Dinner time is a warm and inviting time to be there. Morning is also nice bt that' another blogg in itself.
First thing I noticed as I made a be line to the Deli area, was that the rotisserie chickens were wiped out, which was what I was planning of getting for dinner. So I had to think of another quick and easy meal.
Heading to the frozen foods section, I grabbed three bags of mini raviolis.
Done.
After filling my cart with the other boring items needed,(new coffee filters, since the ones I bought were too short and yesterdays morning pot of coffee was full of grounds , zip lock baggies, so we can actually PACK the lunch we make in the morning and a fresh new dish scrubby) What did I see, a wonderful girl bringing out a cart full of freshly made rottisserie chickens!
Change of plans. Isle 2, stuffing, Isle 4 cranberry sauce, Broccoli (already had that in the cart) There you have my dinner, with coffee made with new filters. It was delicious.

For Entertainment, we watched a special on the artist Meatloaf (how fitting for the Blogg)
I hate Meatloaf the food but I always liked Meatloaf the artist.
He is so talented and his story was so interesting, besides that fact that he hit rock bottom like they all do and then rise up again like the cream on the top of the milk.
Apparently, Meat(a nickname his dad gave him when he was two and saw how chubby the little dude was and then loaf, which was what the mean kids added when he went to school and was tormented for his weight), left one night, following his Moms burial and his Dad trying to stab him in is bedroom, jumped on a plane headed for San Fran where after settling in, got a job parking cars at a theater.
That first night of car parking, someone from the cast saw him and said, what are you doing tonight and he said, "Parking cars" and they said, "Why don't you do the show?" and he said, "Okay" and he did, and became part of the traveling cast of "Hair"! An Amazing start. I mean for real, this was how he got his start as a singer.
It was a long show, I'll leave it at that.
Blogg on.
