I am very excited that I have been invited to write in this blog. It is quite an honor, and I hope I entertain you with my posts.
I had set the alarm on my cell phone to go off at 8 AM, but kept hitting the snooze button every ten minutes until it was about... 10 AM. After going on the interweb for a bit, I ate several of those truffle things that you can buy individually near the cash registers at Borders. I then took a shower and went to The Galley to get lunch. After lunch, I had French.
I'll probably delve more into my French class in later entries, but needless to say... There are a lot of idiots in that class...
My good friend Sara had told me that she and some of my other pals at Hull Hall were going to order Chinese food later, and wondered if I would like to participate. I didn't need much time to think about my response. Of course I would get Chinese food! Asians are so crafty with their cooking...
I hung around my room while I waited to order the Chinese food, and FINALLY the time came.
Sara, Sarah, Heidi, Kat, Bri, Ashley, and I ordered $60 worth of Chinese food. We were hungry.
I wanted to watch The Aristocats, but Sara had to study, so we decided it would be best to save it for another day.
Which brings me to my current peeve, the "Disney Vault".
Who came up with this terrible idea? I want to buy Fantasia, and I want to buy it soon! I don't want to wait several years for it to be released from its imaginary prison! I don't know who came up with this idea, but it's terrible and makes me want to cry. Okay, maybe not cry... But I would really like to watch some dancing hippos!
Also, I've been into covers of songs lately, but like...covers that are really different from the original song. For example, Tori Amos covering a Slayer song, and Patti Smith covering Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit". Indeed.
Oh well, I better go study for a linguistics test. Later, gators!
Breakfast: some chocolate
Lunch: breadsticks & Life Water
Dinner: sweet and sour chicken with white rice & fried won tons
OH! Something funny just happened!
Karrisa (my roommate) told me that she exclaimed "FUCK!" during chem lab today right when the professor was there.
She just want off to study and said "I'm just gonna go take my bad attitude elsewhere".
So I said, "Yeah. I've just about had it with your fucking cursing, Karrisa. I'm sick of this shit, you stupid bitch".
She laughed. It was good times.
