"you dont know what its like to have irratable bowel syndrome"

so today started pretty early at 7:15, i feel better setting my alarm to like 15 minutes after the hour for some reason it doesnt sound as bad as 7. anyways i woke up and had a bowl of special k cereal which i put some blue berries in to jazz it up. then i had a piece of peanut butter toast. then i got ready and headed off to see the campers. i've been working at a decathalon camp this past week with my high school coach. it's been alright sometimes i want to smack the little kids but other times they are so cute. today was my last day because i go to temple tomorrow to pick clases so i dont get to see who wins =[. so then i ran the shot put station and then we played a little dodgeball then we went to lunch. i had a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich on 12 grain bread (delicious) and some multi grain wheatthins haha. i'm into the grain. then we went back out and i was in charge of the discus and then we played some more dodgeball and the kiddies went home. dodgeball is vicious and pretty funny to watch and play. then i dropped laura off singing the whole way. she doesnt know how to react to me, which makes me laugh. then i came home and had a snack. cookies and milk, pickles and ice pops. random i know. after that delcious snack i went running. then for dinner i had this crab thing my mom makes, rice and peas. after i had a shower i suggested nifty fifties to dan and we invited my brother and timmi bearss as tag alons.. makes us look like we have friends. we devoured some cheese fries and milk shakes. i got mint chocolate chip and so did all the cool people. then we came home and watch some tv. last comic standing and hopkins. as an attempt to not fall asleep i made some tea but we only had normal sized decaf. of course. we had family size cafinated which i accidentally bought. honestly who would share a tea bag with their family thats not something to share. i said it was like a family sized toothbrush and no one thought that made sense. whatever. i need a better analogy, please help.

You were right...milkshakes are probably the only situation in the world where coffee is not the best choice. Mint Chocolate Chip wins it by a landslide.

Getting a family tea bag is like....ummmm....

gahh, I don't know! I think toothbrush gets the job done!
